Years ago, I founded a walnut plantation in Georgia, which has since become the largest in the country, spanning over 300 hectares. With ideal climate conditions and growing global demand for walnuts, this sustainable agricultural investment is highly promising. Our project offers attractive returns of over 15% after 5 years. With a proven local partnership and expert management, we plan to continue growing and acquire an additional 50 hectares of land.
Heuereka
Every year, I celebrate my birthday with around 100 guests at various locations worldwide. In 2025, the celebration will take place on the island of São Miguel in the Azores, where I will not only mark my birthday but also the 10th anniversary of Staatenlos. The event will feature exciting activities, inspiring conversations, and an exclusive conference at the Grand Hotel Azores Atlantico. Vineyard
In Argentina, in the Uco Valley near Mendoza, I own a premium vineyard that produces high-quality organic Malbec grapes. This investment, acquired in 2021, promises not only good returns but also excellent wine. Around 2,000 to 4,000 bottles are produced annually, with the first tasting in 2022. The bottle design features libertarian symbols and colors, including black and yellow, along with the snake. “Apátrida” is Spanish and means “Staatenlos.”
